By engaging with MAURYACC or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
MAURYACC provides consulting, design, development, marketing, AI, automation, analytics, and business support services. All services are delivered strictly based on agreed scope, timelines, and pricing.
Engagement & Payments
Advance payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pricing and deliverables are shared transparently before work begins.
Delays caused by missing or delayed client inputs may impact timelines.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment.
MAURYACC retains rights to its methodologies, processes, frameworks, and non-confidential know-how.
Work is not publicly showcased unless explicit permission is granted.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, lawful, and timely information
Respect agreed timelines and communication processes
Use deliverables responsibly and legally
Limitation of Liability
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Business losses caused by market conditions or external dependencies
Changes in third-party platforms, services, technologies, algorithms, pricing, policies, terms of use, availability, or operational rules, including but not limited to Google, Meta, online marketplaces, AI service providers, hosting providers, domain registrars, and other e-commerce or digital platforms
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Payments made remain non-refundable for work already performed.
