At MAURYACC, we operate on a service-based, strategy-driven delivery model. Each engagement involves planning, resource allocation, and intellectual effort from the moment work begins. For this reason, refunds are governed by clear, fair, and transparent terms.
General Refund Policy
All payments made to MAURYACC are non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds are not applicable for completed work, partially completed work, or work already delivered.
Strategy, consulting, design, development, marketing, AI, automation, and digital services are billed for time, expertise, planning, and reserved capacity.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only if:
A payment was made in error, such as a duplicate transaction.
MAURYACC is unable to start the project due to internal constraints and no work has been initiated.
Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative, planning, or transaction fees.
Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation before project initiation.
Once discovery, planning, research, analysis, or execution has started, cancellation does not qualify for a refund.
Monthly & Retainer Services
Monthly, subscription, or retainer services are billed in advance.
No refunds are provided for unused time, paused services, or early termination.
MAURYACC prioritises clarity and fairness. All scopes, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms are shared in advance to prevent misunderstandings.
